Adult DBT Groups - Orange, CA

Our Adult Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Groups are designed to help individuals build practical tools for managing intense emotions, navigating relationships, and responding more effectively to life’s challenges. Groups provide a structured, supportive environment where participants can learn, practice, and strengthen skills alongside others working toward similar goals.

DBT is an evidence-based approach that emphasizes both acceptance and change—helping you feel understood while also supporting meaningful growth.

What are the four modules of DBT?

What is group therapy like?

Groups open every 8 weeks, when a new module begins, and meet once a week for a set period of time. The meetings are in-person at our office in Orange, right down the street from Angel Stadium. We offer two versions of DBT groups to meet the various needs of our community.

Adult DBT Groups may be a good fit if you:

  • Feel emotionally overwhelmed or “stuck” in certain patterns

  • Want practical tools rather than only talk therapy

  • Are open to learning and practicing new coping strategies

  • Value support and accountability in a group setting

Group participation requires that you are also in your own individual counseling. If you need help finding the right therapist or have questions about this, please contact us.
