Therapy for Children
Children experience big emotions, even when they don’t yet have the words to express them. Our children’s therapy services offer a supportive, developmentally appropriate space where children can explore their feelings, develop coping skills, and enhance emotional regulation—while parents are included as key partners in the process.

Play Therapy
Play therapy is an evidence-based approach that uses play as a child’s primary language. Through guided play, children learn to process emotions, improve emotional regulation, and develop healthier ways of relating to others.

Emotion Regulation Skills
Therapy helps children recognize, understand, and manage their emotions in healthy ways. Through age-appropriate strategies and activities, children build coping skills, self-control, and confidence to navigate everyday challenges.

Parent-Child Interaction Therapy
PCIT is a structured therapy that helps caregivers develop effective parenting skills while supporting children in improving behavior, emotional regulation, and compliance. Sessions focus on strengthening attachment and creating positive interactions.

Talk Therapy
Talk therapy for children offers a space to process thoughts, emotions, and experiences using age-appropriate language and tools. Children build emotional awareness, coping skills, and confidence as they navigate school, relationships, and life transitions.
