Jessica Berenice Hernandez is passionate about walking alongside children, teens, young adults, couples, and Spanish-speaking clients as they grow in self-awareness and emotional well-being. She brings a warm, empathetic, and gentle style to therapy and is especially interested in early childhood development, inner-child healing, and helping people move toward their goals.

Approach
Jessica’s approach is warm, empathetic, and gentle. She focuses on creating a supportive space where clients can reflect on their history, current life, and goals while moving through a process of self-discovery and self-healing.
Training and Experience
Jessica has an AA in Psychology, a BA in Psychology, and is currently completing her MA in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has internship experience shadowing MFT trainees and coursework in interpersonal relationships, child-elder development, psychodynamics, group therapy, and attachment theory.
What Sessions Are Like
A session with Jessica begins with gathering information about the client’s background, present concerns, and goals. From there, she works with clients to build insight, gain life tools, and strengthen their mental health and sense of self.
Personal Note
Jessica enjoys exploring new coffee shops and spending time outdoors. She became interested in therapy after seeing its benefits firsthand and wanting to share that same hope with others. is a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee. More information coming soon!
